The MaaS specials page on scnet.cn, the national supercomputing internet platform, which I read on October 23, 2026, runs a new-user promotion through November 10, 2026: a 10,000,000-token signup pack credited instantly, and six first-order token packs for four model families at flash prices between ¥0.10 and ¥39. All packs are new-user-only, valid 30 days once credited, and sold in limited daily stock from 10:00 Beijing time.
Scnet.cn - the Chinese national supercomputing internet platform - is running a "MaaS specials" event with published rules: the activity window is August 13 to November 10, 2026 (ending 23:59), and both the signup bonus and the first-order deals are restricted to accounts registered during the window. The platform is Chinese-language and prices everything in RMB; its rules use mainland identity signals (phone number, ID number, payment account, device and IP) to decide what counts as one person, so this is a China-market offer in practice. scnet.cn MaaS specials page
Each pack is a fixed block of tokens for one model, sold to new users at a flash price, with daily stock that opens at 10:00 and sells out: DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash-1017, 50 million tokens with 1024K context, listed at ¥0.10 against a ¥20.50 original (the page advertises this as 0.04 of list price); GLM-5.3-Flash, 50 million tokens, 1024K context, ¥0.10 against ¥17.00; DeepSeek-V4.1-Flash, 20 million tokens, 1024K context, ¥0.10 against ¥8.00; Qwen3.8-Flash, 10 million tokens, 1024K context, ¥0.10 against ¥2.60; Kimi-K3, 10 million tokens with 1M context, ¥39.00 against ¥56.00; and Qwen3.8-Max, 10 million tokens with 991K context, ¥20.00 against ¥33.60. Note the context windows differ per pack - they are not all 1024K. One account may buy one pack total across the six during the whole event.
New registrations during the window can claim a 10,000,000-token pack, credited in real time, with GLM-5.3-Flash shown as the listed model. Three rules matter. The pack expires 30 days after crediting. The platform reserves the right to substitute a different model depending on supply - what you actually receive is whatever your account page shows. And gifted tokens are consumed before cash: once the bonus runs out, further calls deduct from your cash balance automatically, so the page itself advises stopping before that point if you do not want charges. One claim per account, total supply limited, first come first served.
Refund rules are strict: discounted goods delivered to your platform account are not refundable without cause, with a 7-day exception for platform-side technical failures through customer service. Flash-sale orders must be paid quickly or they auto-cancel and release the slot. Multi-account farming is explicitly banned, judged across phone, ID number, payment account, email, device IDs and IP. The packs cannot be converted to cash or transferred. The page also notes that model names like Kimi-K3, GLM-5.2, DeepSeek-V4 and Qwen3.8-Max remain their vendors' intellectual property and that the event carries no vendor endorsement. Beyond the flash sale, the same page lists a Token Plan subscription - unified credits across multiple flagship models, monthly billing, cancellable for the next month but not refundable mid-period - and a grid of discounted AI applications, which I did not evaluate.
